Puppies are not considered sold until your deposit and signed contract is received. I will put a 5 business day hold on a pup if you are mailing a deposit and contract or I will accept a Pay Pal payment for deposits. Once a deposit and signed contract is received, the puppy will be taken off my sales list.

Traditional colored Yorkies: deposits are $150.00

Parti or Golden Yorkie: deposits are $400.00 

Deposits ARE REFUNDABLE if my vet finds a problem before pup leaves or if your vet  finds a problem at the initial 72 business hour wellness check, if you choose to return your puppy .  Pups come with a 1 year genetic health guarantee (per the terms of our agreement) .
